When you submit a triage request, book a call, or email Magpie, you may share your name, email address, agency name, agency website, role, current tools or systems, business goals, and notes about your placement operations.
The site may also receive basic technical information through hosting and form tools, such as browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and server logs.
How information is used
Magpie uses this information to respond to your request, prepare for calls, assess whether a triage request or paid Snapshot is a fit, provide consulting services, maintain records, and improve the site and offer.
Third-party tools
The site uses service providers to operate basic workflows. Form submissions are processed through FormSubmit, scheduling may happen through Calendly, email may be handled through Google Workspace, and the site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process information according to their own policies and terms.

Magpie does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the site, forms, email, scheduling, or consulting workflow. Information may also be shared if required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or business operations.
Retention and choices
Magpie keeps information as long as needed for the consulting relationship, business records, and reasonable follow-up. You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have shared by emailing magpie@losangelesnannies.com.
Security
Magpie uses reasonable operational safeguards, but no website, email, or third-party form tool can guarantee perfect security. Please do not send sensitive personal, financial, medical, or legally privileged information through the triage form.
Children
This site is intended for agency owners and business contacts. It is not intended for children under 13.
