Free triage and fit calls

Free triage requests and fit calls are intentionally limited. They are meant to name the likely category of a placement operations problem and decide whether a paid next step makes sense. They are not full audits, custom operating plans, implementation work, or guaranteed deliverables.

Paid services

Paid services, including the Placement Ops Snapshot or any later Systems Sprint, will be scoped before work begins. Pricing, timeline, deliverables, and payment details may be confirmed by email, invoice, proposal, or written agreement.

No guaranteed results

Magpie can help clarify systems, tools, workflows, scripts, and automation opportunities, but results depend on your agency, team, market, implementation, software, and business context. No specific placement, revenue, conversion, hiring, or operational outcome is guaranteed.

Your materials

If you send forms, scripts, screenshots, workflow notes, candidate packet excerpts, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to share them. Please remove sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the work and has been approved for sharing.

Site content

Site copy, frameworks, examples, and Magpie materials may not be copied, resold, republished, or presented as your own without permission. You may link to public pages for normal reference and sharing.

Third-party links and tools

This site may link to or use third-party services such as Calendly, FormSubmit, Google, Vercel, LinkedIn, Yelp, or other public review sources. Magpie is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, uptime, or content.
